4Deposits & Payments

Apps 777 processes all transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following deposit methods:

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name that matches your Apps 777 account name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are not permitted and will trigger a verification hold. Apps 777 reserves the right to return any deposit made from an unverified or mismatched payment source, minus any processing costs incurred.

Deposits are credited to your Apps 777 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a technical fault during deposit processing, contact support with your transaction reference number. Apps 777 will investigate and resolve genuine deposit discrepancies within 48 hours.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available Apps 777 balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified. Accounts with outstanding identity verification requests are subject to withdrawal holds until documentation is provided and reviewed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your Apps 777 account. Apps 777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7Game Rules & Fairness

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apps 777's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by you to your Apps 777 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Apps 777 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, revenue or anticipated savings.
• Loss or corruption of data, account access or game history.
• Indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind.
• Platform unavailability, technical faults, internet outages or delays outside Apps 777's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including loss of bonus funds due to violation of wagering rules.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Apps 777's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11Account Suspension & Closure

Apps 777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or any other criminal activity.
• Verification failure — where identity or payment documentation requested has not been provided within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency or court order.
• Self-exclusion request by the account holder.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes rather than confirmed violation, Apps 777 will aim to complete the investigation and communicate its outcome within 14 business days. If suspension results from a confirmed violation, any balance in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the violation.

You may also request to close your own Apps 777 account at any time by contacting support@apps777.app. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

12Responsible Gaming

In the event of any dispute between you and Apps 777, you must first raise the matter with Apps 777's customer support team at support@apps777.app. Apps 777 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the standard support process, escalation to a formal dispute resolution procedure is available upon written request.

You agree not to commence any legal proceedings against Apps 777 until the internal dispute resolution process described above has been completed in full.
